Day 1. Arrival – Tehran
Early morning arrival to Imam Khomeini international Airport. Received by Shokouh Iranian agent. Hotel transfer. Late morning after breakfast, capture the greatness and dignity of Golestan palace, a royal palace dating back to Qajar dynasty. Discover the National Museum of Iran, where you may enjoy the archeological items of ancient Iran and learn about Iran history. Hit upon the splendid priceless Jewelry Treasury of Iran and see one the most renowned gemstones and shah crowns around the world. Since this museum is only open from Saturday to Tuesday, the alternative program will be the Museum of Glassware and Ceramic (known as Abgineh Museum). Overnight stay in Tehran.
Day 2. Tehran - Qazvin
Have a half-day city tour of Tehran including Azadi tower, Sa’dabadd Palace, and Carpet museum. Drive to Qazvin. Overnight stay in Qazvin.
Day 3. Qazvin – Ramsar
The landmarks you will visit on this day are Qazvin Chehel Sotoun, Qajar Bathhouse, Sepah Street and Qazvin Ali Qapu, and Bazaar. From the scenic roads of north of Iran, drive to Ramsar. Overnight stay in Ramsar.
Day 4. Ramsar - Rasht
Early morning, after getting a glimpse of the most modern and beautiful city of north Iran go to Javaherdeh village and enjoy the pure nature and foggy roads of the jungle-like area. In the evening, take the cable car to one of the peaks of Alborz Mountain to delight in the view and the fresh air. Drive to Rasht, the capital of Gilan province. Overnight stay in Rasht.
Day 5. Rasht – Bandar Anzali
After a visit to Municipality Square and traditional bazaar, drive to Anzali port town, widely known for its lagoon. Take a boat to the lagoon and refresh your mind and spirit in the heart of the lagoon. Overnight stay in Anzali.
Day 6. Bandar Anzali – Ardabil
Take the most fascinating and popular road of Iran, Asalem – Khalkhal, to Ardabil, an ancient city in Azerbaijan. Overnight stay in Ardabil.
Day 7. Ardabil
Visit Sheikh Safi-al-Din Khaneghah Mausoleum and Ardabil Jame Mosque. After a 30-minute drive from the city, arrive to Shourabil Lake and enjoy the picturesque view of this hilly area. Overnight stay in Ardabil.
Day 8. Ardabil – Zanjan
Drive for about 4 hours to reach Zanjan. After some rest, browse the traditional bazaar of the city to get familiar with people and local life. Overnight stay in Zanjan.
Day 9. Zanjan – Hamadan
Visit Gonbad-e-Soltanieh World Heritage Mosque. Explore Katale Khor Cave, a remarkable natural spot around the city. Go to Behestan Castle, one of the best castles of Iran. Drive to Hamadan, the city of Avicenna. Overnight stay in Hamadan.
Day 10. Hamadan
After breakfast, visit Ganj Nameh old inscriptions. Then visit Baba Taher and Avicenna tombs. Discover tomb of Esther and Mordechai,an important pilgrimage site for Jews of Iran. Hit Gonbad-e Alavyan, the tombs of 2 members of Alavian famous families. Overnight stay in Hamadan.
Day 11. Hamadan – Airport
Early morning, hit Alisadr Cave, the world’s largest water cave. Drive to Imam Khomeini International Airport. Overnight stay at Airport hotel.
Day 12. Departure
After learning about Iran’s culture and enjoying its nature, take you flight back home.
